U of M Library Search

May - Jul 2024 | UX Research | Summer Fellowship

Planned and conducted UX research to discover improvements to the University of Michigan’s library's search tools for novice users. Informed several UI design changes, leading to a 5% increase in user satisfaction with Library Search over a two-year period.

Researched and designed a mobile app concept intended to foster a reciprocal sharing economy through a unique points-based system.

General Motors UWB Project

Jan - May 2025 | UX Design | Automotive UX

I worked with General Motors to reimagine the shared vehicle experience in the Chevrolet Silverado EV, leveraging Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology.

Find A Study Space Usability Testing

Library UX Team, July 2025

Role: Helped to facilitate and analyze data from 11 usability testing sessions to validate a new interactive webpage design before launch

Goal: Ensure the redesigned page was clear and understandable to navigate

Search Query Relevance Analysis

Library UX Team, August 2024 - March 2025

Role: Co-led classification and statistical analysis of 600 search queries for a year-long UX research study

Goal: Understand how query characteristics and user intent affect relevance in U-M Library Search
